Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026 — EchelonGraph is currently in private beta.
Scope
These terms apply to your use of the EchelonGraph public marketing website (echelongraph.io) and any private beta, demo, or design-partner access we grant you. The product is under active development; no production SLA applies unless you have a separate written agreement with us.
Private beta and no warranties
EchelonGraph is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The platform is in early development and may be subject to downtime, breaking changes, or data loss. Do not rely on it as a primary regulatory-compliance control without a separate written agreement with us.
Design partner and beta participation
By participating as a design partner or early-access user you agree that:
- Feedback and feature requests you share may be incorporated into the product roadmap.
- We may reference your participation in aggregate (e.g. "used by X beta partners") without identifying you unless you give explicit consent.
- Any test environment data or anonymised learnings from your environment may be used to improve the product.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website or any beta access to: (a) violate applicable laws; (b) perform automated scraping beyond reasonable use; (c) interfere with platform infrastructure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EchelonGraph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the beta platform.
