EchelonGraph is an early-stage security and compliance intelligence platform in private beta. This policy describes how we handle information collected through our public marketing website and during early customer conversations and design partner engagements.

What we collect

• Basic website analytics — page views, referrer URLs, device and browser type.
• Contact and access-request form data — your name, work email, company name, and message.
• CVE subscription emails — if you subscribe to security advisories via the Pulse feed.

How we use it

• To respond to inbound enquiries and schedule design-partner conversations.
• To prioritise roadmap and product decisions based on early demand signals.
• To send security advisory notifications you explicitly opt in to.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data storage and retention

Form submissions are stored in our contact management system and retained for up to 24 months. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. If you are located in the EU/EEA, this includes rights under GDPR.
