Why EchelonGraph

Modern engineering teams are shipping infrastructure faster than their compliance posture can track. Every time a service configuration changes, a new cloud resource is provisioned, or a dependency is updated, the gap between "what we have" and "what auditors expect" widens silently — until the next audit cycle forces a painful scramble.

EchelonGraph addresses this by treating compliance as a continuous graph problem rather than a periodic checkbox exercise. We ingest runtime telemetry, build a live asset and relationship graph, and map it continuously against GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other frameworks — surfacing drift and generating auditor-ready evidence without waiting for a quarterly review.

What we are building

01

Agent → collector

Lightweight eBPF and agentless collectors that capture infrastructure state and runtime events.

02

Asset inventory + graph model

A Neo4j-backed graph that links every resource, dependency, and control relationship.

03

Policy engine

OPA-based rule evaluation mapping graph state to specific compliance controls.

04

Compliance evidence output

Continuously generated, auditor-ready evidence packages (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).

05

One killer demo

Change detected → control impacted → evidence updated → audit export. End to end.
