CVE-2026-32238

CRITICALPre-NVD 9.19.1
EchelonGraph scoreMEDIUM confidence

This critical-severity CVE scores 9.1 under a secondary CVSS source (NVD's own analysis pending). EPSS exploit probability: 1.9%, top 22% of all CVEs by exploit prediction. GitHub Security Advisory data not yet ingested — confidence will rise once GHSA publishes (typical lag: hours to days for open-source ecosystem CVEs; never for infrastructure-only CVEs).

OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Versions prior to 8.0.0.2 contain a Command injection vulnerability in the backup functionality that can be exploited by authenticated attackers. The vulnerability exists due to insufficient input validation in the backup functionality. Version 8.0.0.2 fixes the issue.
