✅ Remediation
For details on how to apply this update, which includes the changes described in this advisory, refer to: https://images.redhat.com/ Workaround: To mitigate this issue, avoid using CLIENT-CERT or SPNEGO authentication methods with the DataSourceRealm in Apache Tomcat. Alternatively, restrict network access to the Apache Tomcat instance to trusted clients only, thereby limiting exposure to potential attackers. If changes are made to the Tomcat configuration, a service restart may be required for the changes to take effect. Workaround: Red Hat is not aware of a practical temporary workaround that fully mitigates this issue or meets Red Hat Product Security's standards for usability, deployment, applicability, or stability. Customers are advised to apply the relevant security updates when/if they become available. Workaround: This issue can be mitigated by disabling AJP connector or restricting access to it to only trusted AJP clients.
