✅ Remediation
For details on how to apply this update, which includes the changes described in this advisory, refer to: https://access.redhat.com/articles/11258 The system must be rebooted for this update to take effect. Workaround: To mitigate this issue, prevent the `snd_usb_audio` kernel module from loading if USB audio functionality is not required. Create a file `/etc/modprobe.d/disable-snd-usb-audio.conf` with the following content: `install snd_usb_audio /bin/true` After creating the file, a system reboot is required for the changes to take effect. This action will disable all USB audio device functionality.
