✅ Remediation

For details on how to apply this update, which includes the changes described in this advisory, refer to: https://access.redhat.com/articles/11258 After installing the updated packages, the httpd daemon will be restarted automatically. Workaround: Disabling mod_macro and restarting httpd or making sure the macros used are smaller than the required length to trigger this vulnerability will mitigate this flaw. Furthermore, it's unlikely that a very long macro with the length needed to trigger this issue is being used.
