✅ Remediation
For details on how to apply this update, which includes the changes described in this advisory, refer to: https://access.redhat.com/articles/11258 After installing this update, shut down all running virtual machines. Once all virtual machines have shut down, start them again for this update to take effect. Workaround: There is no external mitigation to prevent this out-of-bounds heap memory access. Workaround: This issue can only be resolved by applying updates. Mitigation for this issue is either not available or the currently available options don't meet the Red Hat Product Security criteria comprising ease of use and deployment, applicability to widespread installation base or stability.
