xShop is an open-source shop developed in Laravel. An Unrestricted File Upload vulnerability in xShop version 3.0.3 allows an authenticated administrator to upload executable files (e.g., .php). By uploading a specially crafted php file, an attacker can achieve Remote Code Execution (RCE) on the server, leading to a full system compromise. Version 3.0.4 fixes the issue.
CVE-2026-49849
This critical-severity CVE scores 9.1 under a secondary CVSS source (NVD's own analysis pending). EPSS exploit probability: 0.7%, top 50% of all CVEs by exploit prediction. GitHub Security Advisory data not yet ingested — confidence will rise once GHSA publishes (typical lag: hours to days for open-source ecosystem CVEs; never for infrastructure-only CVEs).
- High severity, but no confirmed exploitation yet
No vendor fix yet — apply a workaround or compensating control (WAF / firewall / segmentation) and watch for a patch.
