CVE-2026-106571

MEDIUMPre-NVD 5.15.1
EchelonGraph scoreLOW confidence

This medium-severity CVE scores 5.1 under the CNA's CVSS (NVD's own analysis pending). EPSS exploit-prediction score not yet available (the EPSS model rescores nightly; freshly-published CVEs typically appear within 48 hours). GitHub Security Advisory data not yet ingested — confidence will rise once GHSA publishes (typical lag: hours to days for open-source ecosystem CVEs; never for infrastructure-only CVEs).

ImageMagick is free and open-source software used for editing and manipulating digital images. Prior to 6.9.13-56 and 7.1.2-31, a crafted local call to the GetVirtualPixels API can trigger an integer calculation error and write beyond a heap buffer, crashing the server process. This issue is fixed in versions 6.9.13-56 and 7.1.2-31.
